Yoga

Yoga- With all yoga classes here participants are encouraged to take inventory of what they  need on any particular day and let go of any completion judgment or expectation about what they “should” do.  A successful yoga class is one in which participants come out with more information than when they began.  The hope is that this will be a time of compassionate self-care and we will use the practice to live a better life.  Whether we are looking for better mobility, strength, calm, meditation or just some time out it is appropriate to find on a mat in one of our yoga classes.  We have different offerings, some “sessions”, some classes may have a particular focus, some are more of a drop in mixed level class option.  They all are meant to meet you where you are, help you gently find information that will help you live life to the fullest.
